Terms of Service
DEPOSIT:
A deposit (of between $300-$1000, depending on the pair and whether or not breeding rights are being purchased....the deposit is most commonly $500) is required to either reserve a puppy from a litter already on the ground, or to reserve a puppy from a future planned litter.
By sending in a deposit, you are agreeing to the following terms:
-- all deposits are NON REFUNDABLE (Nonrefundable: not subject to refunding or being refunded) unless a litter is cancelled.
A cancelled litter means I did not allow the parents to reproduce, due ONLY to possible health concerns.
That being said:
-- If parents are bred and pups are either not produced, or not enough pups are produced, you will be moved to another litter either that same year or a following year.
-- If parents are bred and you don't "like" any of the pups, you will be moved to a different litter either that same year or a following year.
-- If parents are bred and something happens to you personally and you cannot take a pup that year, you will be moved to another litter a following year.
A following year could be next year or the year after that or the year after that. A different litter may not mean it's from the same pair.
-- If you choose to select a pup from a different litter, you may select anything within the wolf % range you were originally wanting, or lower.
For example, if you purchased a 25% wolf pup and need to move to another litter for any of the reasons mentioned above, I will not sell you a pup any higher than 40% wolf.
-- If the pup you choose is more expensive than what you originally purchased, I will charge you the same amount as what you were originally going to pay. If you choose a pup that is less expensive, I will only charge you what everyone else is paying for that litter.
Only litters bred by me will be offered as compensation for the aforementioned situations. This does NOT include the pick of the litter pups I get as payment for studding my males out to other breeders.
LOCKING IN A SLOT:
--Once you are locked in for a litter, you cannot jump to another pairing that you randomly decide you like better.
--Once you are locked in for a litter, you cannot change your mind and demand your deposit back.
--Once you are locked in for a litter, you accept the fact that it may take a year or a few years for that litter to be born. You cannot demand your deposit back because you decided you don't want to wait.
BALANCE:
The balance is accepted in 2 parts; half when pups are born and the rest at the time of pick-up.
When pups are Born:
You have 10 days to present half of the balance owed on the pup. If that is not paid in 10 days, you LOSE your deposit.
On Pick-Up:
Only cash is accepted at pick up. Failure to bring said cash will result in you losing out on getting the pup, losing out on the deposit amount already paid, as well as making a wasted trip.
Please make sure you have everything in order before leaving to pick up your pup!
By sending your deposit, you are fully agreeing to these legally-binding terms.
